Areas Served

Our shop serves the following areas: Minden Square, Minden (In Town), Near Minden (In the Country), Awarri, Axtell, Campbell, Heartwell, Keene, Lowell, Newark, Norman, Gibbon, Hildreth, Holstein, Kenesaw, Upland, and Wilcox. Some exceptions and exclusions may apply. Delivery prices vary based on location.

Delivery Policies

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery requests. We will always try to communicate any deviations from regular procedure. Please call, email, or message us on Facebook with any questions you may have.

Delivery Requests

For specific delivery requests, please include the details under “special instructions” during check out. Same day delivery is usually available for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays, however, this may differ during holidays and special events. Any orders that could not be delivered on the same day will be scheduled for next day delivery if possible.

Holidays and Special Events

There may be times when we may not be able to guarantee a specific product, delivery location, date, or time, especially during holidays and special events. So we can better serve you, please plan to place your holiday and event orders at least a week in advance. To confirm availability, please contact the shop before placing your order.

Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not home when delivery is attempted, we will leave a note to pick up at the shop or call to re-schedule delivery. Deliveries will automatically be re-scheduled for the next day if the recipient is not home and has not responded. For out-of-town deliveries, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor.

Funeral Delivery

For funeral services, we like to coordinate with the funeral director to plan deliveries and moves according to service preparations. We try to have all orders delivered for visitation (usually before the actual funeral).

Any orders placed after the initial delivery will go out with the next move or to the family the next day. We do occasionally make Sunday delivery exceptions for funerals. Please place orders for Sunday services to be completed on Saturday.

Funeral delivery prices vary based on location and volume of orders. Please note we do try to decrease delivery costs to customers, if possible, by "car-pooling" orders during deliveries and moves.

Anonymous Sender

All recipients reserve the right to know who sent them a delivery. If a card is not signed with an identity, the initials of the person who placed the order will be written on the back of the card. If the recipient calls and asks who sent the delivery, we will disclose only the first and last name of the person who placed the order, but no other personal information or contact details will be disclosed unless legal intervention is involved. We do not condone any form of harassment or offensive conduct. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Refused Deliveries

If the recipient refuses a delivery, that order will be donated locally (hospital, nursing home, etc.). We will not be held responsible for notifying the sender. Refunds will not be given for refused orders.

Store Policies

Product Requests

For specific products, please include the details under “special instructions” during check out. There may be times when we may not be able to guarantee a specific product, flower, color, etc., especially during holidays and special events. To better serve you, please plan to place special orders at least a week in advance so we can plan to have your preferred product available. Please contact the shop to inquire about current inventory.

Product Variations

We will always do our best to make sure your order looks the best! We try to make it look as similar as possible to your description. Please keep in mind there may be variations when working with live plants and flowers. Please read our policy regarding substitutions. Pictures on the website are usually displayed as one sided with all ingredients facing the front. We will typically make most arrangements all around unless otherwise specified. Funeral arrangements are usually one sided.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers, containers, and add-ons may be necessary due to availability. We will do our best to ensure that all substitutions are as similar as possible and of equal or greater value. In the event of any drastic differences or unavailability, we will be sure to contact the sender for approval before we start the project. If you have something specific in mind, please contact the shop to inquire about availability before placing your order. To better serve you, please plan to place your order a week in advance. This way we can plan our inventory accordingly to provide you with the freshest and most desired product.

Message Content

Any card containing an offensive or inappropriate message will not be sent. We will re-write the card to contain only the sender’s name and will report any concerns to the appropriate authorities.


We understand things happen. You may cancel a standard order at any time prior to delivery. To cancel an order, please call the shop right away.

Custom, large, or specialty pieces can usually be cancelled prior to being arranged. However, there are some instances where we may require a certain percentage to cover some cost and labor already applied. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. Please contact the shop as soon as possible.

Custom Commissions

Feel free to include customizations and preferences under “special instructions” during check out. If you would like to request a custom piece or project please stop by the shop, call, email, or message us on Facebook with the following details: location, date, price range, type of product, and a description of your ideas. We love picture references!

Special Events

Please call the shop with order requests for special events (prom, weddings, dances, etc.).

Order Questions

If you have questions regarding an order that was already placed, please contact the shop. Along with your question, please provide us with the name of the sender and date the order was submitted, or the name of the receiver and the date of delivery. 

Hours of Operation

We are regularly open weekdays 10am- 6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, or by appointment. Of course, this may vary occasionally with life events and holidays, but we will be sure to communicate any changes on our Facebook page. If you would like to visit outside of our regular working hours, please contact the shop. We would be happy to accommodate as much as possible.


Currently Nebraska states taxes are 5.5% and local city of Minden taxes are 2% for a total of 7.5% applied to transactions. If you are tax exempt, please provide us with a completed Form 13. Please specify if you are placing an order that is tax exempt.

    • Transaction and Billing Data, including bank account and payment card details, (credit card number, expiration date, and credit card security code, where needed to complete a transaction), billing address, delivery address, signature, transaction history; and
    • Correspondence you send to us.


  • Information we collect automatically. We collect internet, electronic activity, and other information automatically from the devices and browsers that you use, including your device type; Internet protocol (IP) address; device and advertising identifiers, probabilistic identifiers, and other unique personal or online identifiers; time zone setting and location; browser type and version; browser plug in types and versions; operating system and platform; Internet service provider; pages that you visit before and after using the Services, browsing history, and search history; the date and time of your visit; information about the links you click, pages you view, and advertising you interact with within the Services and other information about how you use the Services; the technology on the devices you use to access these Services; inferences used to create a profile about preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes; and standard server log information. Without this information, we are not able to provide you with all the requested services, and any differences in services are related to your information.

We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.




We use and otherwise process each of the categories of information identified above for the following business purposes:


To provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us; to provide the products and services you have ordered to recipients, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services, when you choose to do so; to manage accounts; and to manage our relationship with you, including providing you with the  information, products and services that you request from us, and notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.

To make suggestions and recommendations to you about things that are similar to those that you have enquired about or may otherwise be of interest to you, or to send promotional materials from us or by our affiliates and trusted business partners.

Minden Floral & Gifts does not, and will not without consent, sell your information to third parties. Minden Floral & Gifts does permit third parties to collect the information described above through our Service and discloses such information with third parties for business purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to providing advertising on our Service and elsewhere based on users’ online activities over time and across different sites, services, and devices (so-called "interest-based advertising"). The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
